I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The personnel were welcoming and helpful, and the facilities were great, including a heated swimming pool outside, a sauna, and billiards. The location was perfect, just 50 meters from the village center and right opposite the ski bus. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated with lots of wooden accents. The beds were comfortable, and the price was excellent. it offered great value for money and had everything I needed.

We had so much fun playing table tennis and skiing at the nearby Grand Massif Express Gondola and Samoens Ski Resort. Being so close to the ski lifts made it super convenient for us to hit the slopes and shred some powder. Plus, we loved chilling in the evenings and watching cable TV in our cozy room. It was a total blast!
If I had to ask for one thing, it would be for more nighttime activities for young party-goers. The area was great for skiing, but it would have been even better if there were some more options for us to have fun after dark.

I keep coming back to this amazing place because it has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, parking, and shuttle service. The outdoor heated pool, sauna, and game room are fantastic. It suits me perfectly. The staff even helped me print tickets once. Can't wait to return for my next business trip.

The shuttle to the ski slopes saved me from walking! The view from the heated outdoor pool was stunning. The apartment had a kitchen, dining area, and balcony, so I didn't have to eat out every night.
Who needs a daily room clean anyway? Fancy robe rental for the sauna, what a steal.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy and charming decor of the hotel. The common areas were beautifully decorated with vintage ski memorabilia, creating a nostalgic and warm ambiance. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with convenient ramps and elevators that made it easy for me to navigate the premises.
I would have appreciated a more attentive staff during my stay. It would have been nice to have some assistance with my luggage and a friendly face to inquire about any concerns or inquiries.

Great location near the center of town, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. the room was basic but clean and warm, which was perfect after a long day of skiing. the price was also very affordable, making it a great value option for budget travelers.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations. the beds were not the most comfortable, but considering the low price, it was understandable.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding. The room was basic but comfortable, with surprisingly comfortable beds. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and bars, and just a short stroll to the gondola. The staff, though rarely seen, were flexible and accommodating, allowing us to check out late and being available by phone if needed.
The food for breakfast could have been better.

It was also nice to relax in the heated swimming pool and sauna after a long day on the slopes. The personnel were welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a dedicated children's play area.

The room was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed - a kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, which made cooking so convenient. Plus, we could choose to clean the accommodation ourselves, which gave us flexibility. The private bathroom was a great bonus, equipped with a shower and washing machine. The tea/coffee maker and electric kettle in the room made our mornings even better. And, how can I forget the private furnished balconies? We enjoyed beautiful views while sipping our morning coffee. this room felt like a cozy home away from home!
Personally, I found the deep soaking bathtubs a bit uncomfortable, but hey, that might just be my preference. Others might actually enjoy them!

The location of this place is top-notch, just a stone's throw away from the bustling center and ski bus. The rooms and facilities may be basic, but for the price, they are more than satisfactory. The limited staff we encountered were friendly, and the attached restaurant was a great bonus. this place offers good value for money.

Great location with easy access to restaurants, bars, and the gondola. The room was basic but clean, warm, and comfortable. Despite the language barrier, the check-in/out process was smooth and flexible. We enjoyed the flexibility of being able to contact the reception by phone if needed. I would recommend this hotel for its value and convenient location.
